BKFC stars predict Friday's must-see Main Event

The undefeated John “The Magician” Dodson will defend his BKFC World Flyweight Championship for the first time on Friday against Dominican gloved boxing sensation Dagoberto Aguero in the BKFC 59 Main Event, LIVE on The BKFC App from the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, NM.

We checked in with some of BKFC’s most knowledgeable fighters before the two best flyweights in bare knuckle toe the line and throw hands on Friday.

James "Get Down" Brown: Dodson versus Aguero is a very interesting matchup. Aguero with the youth, but Dodson with the experience. I've got Dodson with the UD. He's very shifty and very active; that's hard to beat.

Zach "Shark Attack" Calmus: Albuquerque, look out! John Dodson is fired up and a force to be reckoned with, but we’ll see if Dagoberto can derail the Champ! Still not sure if anyone can bring the pace like Dodson, besides myself!

Doug "ColdRed" Coltrane: Dodson by murder (laughs).

Noah Cutter: I think Dodson is too experienced for him, especially in the dirty boxing department. His MMA clinch fighting experience will benefit him more than Aguero's boxing experience.

Blake "Big Boy" LaCaze: Dodson versus Aguero is a lightning-bolt type of match – both fast, both experienced. Maybe one blink and the fight could be over, you never know. I feel the Champ retains his title but gets tested more with a more game opponent.

Brandon "Beastmode" Meyer: I’ve got John Dodson. I think his experience and skill set will get him the dub.

"Royal" Ryan Reber: I think this could be the real test for Dodson. With a long boxer fighting a little short guy, will reach prevail or will Dodson’s pressure be too much? All I want to see is if someone get out of the first round!

“The Rated R Superstar” Wayna Reid: Dodnson is very explosive, sharp and is a big fight veteran – but Aguero is too. Aguero has held a boxing title and is a great boxer. This fight I’m going to lean towards Aguero. I feel like he has the want to be someone, coming from the background he’s from. Aguero has a more keen sticking artillery than Dodson. Only thing Dodson throws is punches in bunches and they’re quick. This should be a really good fight, but I feel like Aguero might take this one.

Esteban "Mohawk" Rodriguez: I believe John Dodson's unique set of skills will be too much for Aguero.

Gabrielle Roman: I’m going for Aguero. I feel like Dodson has bad habits that Aguero can and will take advantage of.

"Caution" Ka'Sim Ruffin: “The Magician” wins, then Reggie Barnett Jr. drops down to 125 and we get a real super fight.

Cameron "Jumpman" VanCamp: Dagoberto jumped the line because of his boxing record. He is not ready. John Dodson is a (expletive) G. You can’t just beat a bum and then fight a guy like this.

Crystal "The Lovely" Van Wyk: My prediction is Dodson takes the win; why I believe he takes the victory is because what I’ve seen in BKFC is most of the champs have an MMA background and they seem to be too intense and tough, making them the perfect breed of animal made for bare knuckle boxing! But on the flip side, Dagoberto Aguero is a phenomenal boxer and this fight is gonna be fireworks! It could easily go his way. What a great matchup; two sensational fighters going to war!

Jared "Captain Deadpool" Warren: I think Aguero is a solid boxer, but is brand new to bare knuckle. Dodson doesn’t have a ton of fights in the sport either, but I don’t think there’s anyone around that can match his speed. My prediction is Dodson gets the stoppage.
