Bobby ‘The Freak’ Brents is an MMA veteran of 25 professional fight and it goes without saying, he’s an incredibly dangerous heavyweight. Back in 2011, he fought the UFC’s heavyweight G.O.A.T. Stipe Miocic and he’s got many names on his resume, fighting in portions like Bellator and ACB. With nine finish wins over his illustrious career, the primary striker knows how to end fights inside the distance, and no doubt he is bringing that killer instinct inside of the Squared Circle.
The Springfield, Illinois product will bring pressure when needed but will also back off and counterpunch to ensure he gets his hand raised in the end every time. We have seen this in his previous bare-knuckle matches before entering the world’s premier BK fight organization so how will his skills compete with the best on planet Earth? We’ll find out on February 2 when he faces Leonardo Perdomo!
Brents is a grounded man, loving the outdoors and putting himself through struggle to see bliss on the other side. He enjoys hunting, both with a bow and with guns, and he has been known to empty a lake of its fish from time to time. Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
