After super impressive outings against former champions Bec Rawlings and Christine Ferea, Britain Hart will return to the Bare Knuckle FC squared circle this Friday night as she meets Randine Eckholm on the main card at BKFC 14 in Miami.

"This is actually my third fight in 2020," told Joshua Fers of Combat Insiders. "I'm actually doing pretty good despite the craziness with COVID that is going on."

Despite being able to compete, Hart had to adapt to the many changes that came with the pandemic. She lost multiple jobs as a result of the coronavirus scare, and also had to change the way she trained and or prepared for competition.

Along with the changes that Hart had to make a long the way, she also saw a management change and she moved to Smith Brothers Combat Sports.

Hart talks about her experiences competing in bare knuckle fighting and what she expects from Eckholm. Check out the interview with Combat Insiders above.

Headlining the Nov. 13 Bare Knuckle FC 14 fight card is a fight for the promotion's 155-pound title as current champion Luis Palomino puts his belt on the line against the challenger, Jim Alers.
