Undefeated Tony "Loco" Soto searching for perfection

Tony “Loco” Soto is undefeated when there’s money on the line.

Soto is now 3-0 as a professional bare knuckle fighter after his TKO victory over Joshua Morales on Saturday at BKFC 28 in Albuquerque, NM on the BKFC app. Prior to dropping the gloves, Soto was also 2-0 as a professional boxer.

It feels good to have a spotless record, Soto says, but he’s keeping his early success in perspective.

“It feels good, but this is still just the beginning,” the fast-rising lightweight said.

“I’m not going to let it get to me, I’m not going to act any differently. I’m just going to train harder.”

Soto’s mindset is simple.

“I’m my own biggest critic. I see everything I do wrong, and I work to correct it,” Soto said.

“I’m not searching to be good, I’m not searching to be great. I’m searching for perfection.”

Soto doesn’t have a next opponent in mind. He’s rolling with the punches and taking on all challengers. As he sees it, the task remains the same regardless of who he meets in the Squared Circle.

“Whoever they ask me to fight, I really don’t care,” Soto said.

“Whoever the matchmakers want me to fight, whoever the fans want me to fight – I’m here to put on a show.”
